Kadokawa is a Japanese publisher. In 2019, a comic book series set in July 1999 debuted, in which each issue was accompanied by a card that was Standard legal back then, i. e. from Rath Cycle, 5th Edition or Urza block. Although those promos were printed with the recent frame, the art was retained.

This is the first Disenchant with a hologram stamp, which was introduced with Magic 2015 for rares, myhics, and promos. Furthermore, this card is probably the first one ever printed with rasterized text.
